The clothing and textile items meet our acceptance criteria (Must be in dry, undamaged, clean, reusable, quality condition).

We offer both scheduled collection and designated drop-off points. Collection services are subject to availability and may vary by location. Items left at drop-off points are considered donations and cannot be returned.

4. Accepted and Prohibited Items
We accept: Clean, wearable, reusable clothing and textile items Shoes, accessories, and textiles We do not accept: Wet/damp, dirty, broken, stained or damaged clothing and textile items Hazardous materials or non-textile waste

5. Ownership and Use of Donations
Once received, items become our property. We reserve the right to: Resell, upcycle, or responsibly recycle the items. Distribute items to charity partners or other organisations.

6. Pricing and Payments
We will pay for items received that satisfy our terms and conditions. This monetary compensation is clearly stated on our website.

7. Liability
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left at drop-off points. We do not guarantee that all items will be accepted or used in a specific way. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
